I found this great new recipe that comes from Alicia Silverstone's book called "The Kind Diet". Anyone ever tried it? It sounds yum. I wish saffron wasn't so expensive. You can supposedly sub turmeric, but it's a totally different flavor. I may have to bite the bullet.

I was not aware that saffron was expensive. I don't grocery shop and cook as much as I would like to. Thanks for the heads up! <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br><br>
@ Mrs. T- check out iHerb.com for the saffron. I Don't know if it's a great deal compared to your local grocery store but, I thought I would let you know.
