Finally I got this reply which thai airways admitted the mistake. but still they will keep repeating same mistake to the glory of their ignorance and or carelessness: ( my original complaint was based on ethical approach to animals , not on religious sentiments, but this poorly trained staff of thai airways keep repeating this as age, health and religious reason)

previous response to your report of the mishandling of snacks for
Vegetarian passengers on board TG522 on June 22, 2007 and that our clear
explanations with the offer of 10,000.- complimentary miles did not meet with
your approval.
The complete file on hand has been fullt reviewed and we must admit
that in view of all your comments, no further propose is to be served by
repeating our investigation results. On behalf of all crew involved, we
apologize to you again for the poor handling and the lack of awareness
of crew about the issue. While we assure you that we do take
seriously about the problem without intention of insult to your religious
belief, and the offer is considered as a tangible expression of our apology
for your unpleasant experience on this occasion.
In an effort to resolve this matter most favourably, we would like you
to advise us exactly how we can make amends to resolve the issue to
your satisfaction.
We look forward to hearing from you and will revert as soon as possible
thereafter.
