Hi, my boyfriend and I have recently decided to shift from being vegetarians to being vegan. We are slowly phasing out egg, cheese, and dairy.<br><br><br><br>
However, as the primary cook, I am finding it extremely difficult and frustrating to cook without the aid of eggs. I have tried bananas, but it makes everything I cook taste banana-y.<br><br><br><br>
Any advice I can get on how to successfully replace eggs as a rising agent, while still retaining the flavor of what I cook, would be sincerely appreciated.<br><br><br><br>
