so...how worried do we have to be?
ouch it says ovenbaked too. i thought ovenbaked fries were ok, guess not. if you can't feed a 2 year old french fries what DO you feed them? lol. fries are so great to give little kids. what substitutes are there? Kreeli i know you make them with other root veggies, maybe stuff like that will show up on the market soon.
I just read something today about acrylamide. It said basically the same thing.....it also makes sense, even if you don't use potatoes. Anything fried in oil is a carcinogen because of the heated oil aspect. But anyhoo....I guess this is the incentive I needed to stay away from fries and chips. unfortunately....<img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/sad.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="">
