(Before I start this rant, I am referring to Alternative Baking Company's Double Chocolate Decadence Cookie)

Okay, so here's the thing. You will either love these cookies or hate them. It will likely depend on whether you prefer crunchy cookies or chewy cookies.

I happen to fall into the latter category, as I will only eat soggy food. If I get a bag of chips, I soak them in water. If I get crusty, crunchy bread (a french loaf or such), I will submerge it until practically dissolved.

Anyway, these cookies tend to be extremely chewy. I tend to not like vegan cookies that much, but the chocolate is REALLY good. As mentioned, they are vegan and are not ridiculously high in fat (roughly 30% calories from fat).

On a scale of 1 to 5 egg replacers, I give them a 5.
