I have to confess that I don't really like Xmas pudding, and I never have really. We have it every year because it is traditional but I never usually have any. Because if this I've never even tried making it Vegan-friendly (which I did to my fruit mince pie recipe because I LOVE mince pies).

Well - this year I'm doing Xmas my way. So I've made a Vegan Chocolate Ice-Cream Christmas Pudding. It's delicious, modern, quicker and easier (you don't have to boil it for 6 hours!). It can also be made days in advance so that takes the pressure off you trying to do all your cooking on Xmas eve!

It is also part of the Sweet Adventures Blog Hop - so check out all the great recipes posted by other bloggers and if you are a food blogger join in a share your own Xmas desserts.

@veganotronic - I agree, I love having ice cream in winter, and so far it is unusually cold in Aus for this time of year so we won't be having much of a hot Xmas.

@CT - I'm so glad, I hope you love it. I'd be so grateful if you could hop onto the blog after you have made it and let me know what you and your family thought!
