Hello! You say it has been a couple months now - have you found yourself having to fight any cravings? If so, what did you do to overcome them?

I would eat something that would satisfy the craving. If it was sweet I would eat something sweet, if its a salty craving then I make something salty like popcorn or home made chips.

Welcome Len. I made the conversion to vegetarian 3 weeks ago and it's the best decision I've ever made........Don't have lots of time to visit Veggie Boards, but try to visit at least once a week - as there is lots of support here.
