I`m a mayonnaise lover...and when Im cooking I use this homemade aioli as a base for a lot of sauces. I have one version with eggs, which gives a richer aioli - and I have one version where I make it with soy milk or soy cream as a vegan version.

How to use it?
-serve it with bread
-mix it with mustard
- mix it with guacemole
- mix it with guacemole and chunks of vegetables
- use ot as a dip for vegetables
- use your imagination!

What is your favorite use of aioli?
