No meat or meat products in 7 months. (no meat products that I know of)

Didnt think I would make it a month, now I see no reason I wont be able to hang it out to get the 1 year mark.

Going to change my name to medium size man shortly.

The best comments are from the omni individuals in my life.

Are you losing on purpose? you dont have cancer do you? I told you that a veggie diet was not good for people. (of course My bad cholesterol is down about 40 points without medication) I know you are vegetarian now but, at least you do still eat bacon right?

I want to drop about another 20 to 25 lbs. That would put me at 6' and 180

Yeah, because it's not healthy for an overweight person to actually lose weight.

Yeah, because pigs are actually plants.

People can be so funny.

Congrats! That is awesome. Do you do exercise as well? You should do some before/after pictures and keep it as a motivation if you ever need it

have you been exercising as well? it would seem now that you'd be able to really move a lot better. i would think that the closer you get to your goal, the slower your weight loss would be. i'm down about 32 lbs myself and it sure seems like i'm plateauing at about 197. what was pounds a week leaving my body without much exercise has dwindled to a battle of ounces now.

i've been hitting my eliptical, my dumbbells, and i'm going raw one day a week. are you changing your strategy at all?

Excellent Idea on the switching up the strategy papayamon, I think I will take your suggestion here to heart. I think I will add another 5 miles a day on my bike (real one) for now and see if that works out. As far as working out, I have been, I have a universal machine in the house, Might shift from toning to building workouts. I dont actually mind the weight, but I do want to be trimmer, so if I can build, gain some weight back or stay where Im at while getting slimmer, that might even be better. Have to look into a diet change that will aid in the building.. (non meat)
