Some other good sources of calcium include:

Oats, haricot beans, kidney beans, watercress, leeks, lemons, raisins, sultanas, brazil nuts, pistachios and sunflower seeds.

Thanks, I forwarded it to my mom. She found out she had a calcium deficiency and wanted to go out and buy more milk and yogurt (which she had been eating every day and yet she is calcium deficient...interesting!)
