I've technically been a member for years, but...

I had an omni backslide that also lasted years, so I haven't been around. I'm 48, in Michigan, and I'm back on the vegan wagon. Hi. :)

I tried the mozzarella shreds for the first time the other day. They were not bad, and I'm coming off an omni backslide that lasted years , so dairy cheese is still fresh in my mind.

I suggest you have your vitamin D levels checked. Vitamin D deficiency is rampant, and can cause a whole slew of symptoms.
