I have a recipe for a pie that uses unflavored gelatin. I think I can use Agave Nectar in place of it but I'm not sure. Is that correct, or what else could I use? Thanks

I am in huntsville and there are a few Ruby Tuesday's which have a good salad bar and an avocado quesadilla which is good. Chili's has a good bean burger, Mama Fu's will put tofu in any dish instead...

Am I still a vegan if I eat no animal products including cheese and milk but I wear leather shoes? It was hard to give up cheese but I finally did it, but leather shoes are going to be much harder....
