I've been wanting to pose a question like this for quite awhile, but I've not thought about it the few times I've been at the computer. I'm definately saving these links.

|audiopie||i have looked around a little bit on the interweb looking for a kind of list of non vegan ingrediants. i like to keep it simple when it comes to eating. a lot of fresh produce and all natural organics. but when im out and need to get a bit to eat a lot of the time the only place for miles is a ma and pops grociery store. its hard to know exactly what all these items are in the ingrediants. and like how do i know if certain ingrediants are plant or animal derived. i normally call the 800 numbers on the packages but id like to keep a cheat sheet with me that i can trust until i know for sure what is really what. i dont really spend much time on the interweb but enough to check stuff out that eerks me. so any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks|
