oceanwinds I see! I didn't even think about basic training. Polar-rollers usually go out for six months and the only other boat that goes out for longer are the ones in Iraq.

IamJen: I live by my mother and sister, so actually I'm pretty lucky.



oceanwinds: He's leaving for basic training next week, then directly after that, he's going to ET school for 5 months. We're brand spankin new to it. We'll be moving at around the same time the baby's due, so I'll be in a new place with a new baby and a toddler, away from my family for the first time ever. I'm a little nervous.

beth I just found out I'm pregnant again! My due date's May 20. It's my first vegan pregnancy, last time I was lacto/ovo. My husband's leaving in a week (coast guard), so the next 7 months, I'm on my own!
