|FredericLavender||We had similar cases here in the UK. KFC released the vegan burger and staff "accidentally" served chicken to many of its customers. So sad and disappointed to hear this...|

This is just sad. I have not tried eating their so-called vegan burger and thankfully I didn't.

Good news, thanks for sharing.
I once heard it said that KFC is the company that has caused most suffering in the history of the world. At first it sounded wrong but when I thought about it...it might be plausible.

Kentucky Fried Chicken vegan "chicken"
United States: Starting tomorrow, August 27, Kentucky Fried Chicken will be serving vegan "chicken" entrees at one of its Atlanta, Georgia restaurants. If successful, KFC will consider offering this option nationwide.
Note: The sauces are not vegan, and I imagine that KFC will be deep-frying the veg-chicken in the same fryer as the actual chicken. Like other Beyond Meat offerings, the vegan KFC "chicken" is primarily intended for omnivore customers. According to Beyond Meat, 90% of veg-meat consumers are omnivores: https://www.self.com/story/impossibl...er-beyond-meat . This is a good thing! We want people to eat more plants and less meat.
