When I first went veg'n I did like Alive Ultra shake. It's taste is debatable- like vanilla orange to me, I really liked it! Not saying you need anything, but in the beginning I think it can help when you can't instantly think of food you want

Vitamin, Mineral, & Protein Recommendations
I have started a vegetarian diet and was wondering if there are vitamin and/or mineral supplements I should consider to replace what I may not be getting on a vegetarian diet?
I think I'm getting enough protein from a egg whites, collagen protein and plant based protein powder.
