Have you seen the documentary Dominion? It was released in 2019 and really opened my eyes to the meat industry.

Hello my name i Vitaliy. I am 23 years old. Iam from Russia. And i decided to become a vegeterian. I realy like taste of meat and other animals products, but i don't want to eat it now, cause i can't look at the suffering of animals. And I began to promote vegetarianism among friends.
