Great thread! I'm not a kid and I don't always snack between meals. Usually, a piece of fruit is enough. But a smoothie if it's going to be a long time till the next meal. But when it gets close to the cocktail hour I will have guac and chips. Here are ten I copied from http://moneysavingmom.com/2014/04/10...acks-kids.html Breakfast banana pops. Homemade Muesli Bars. Healthy rice crispy treats. PeaWee kiwi pops. Fruity summer skewers. Ants on a log. Apple cupcakes. Choc-peanut brownie balls. One Green Planet has a pretty good article.
