Hi Lauz & welcome! I am new to the veggie boards too and quite similar to you,whilst am predominantly veggie I end up eating vegan half the time (although can't resist some seafood occasionally). Totally empathise with what you're saying - although now vegan is becoming more and more mainstream it's a bit easier  Chrissy |

Hi from London! Hello everyone! I'm Lauz from London and have been veggie for about a year and a half and loving it. It all happened after falling into a documentary marathon of despair on Netflix and I've not really looked back. Would love to be vegan and am mostly vegan at home (very rarely buy anything with animal products although admittedly have the ocassional bit of fish/seafood when abroad or when I am in a bit of a sticky situation). Happy to be here to give and/or take advice for cooking mostly and how everyone deals with the awkward side of it all when around other people who feel like they need to go on about how irritating it is despite me never asking anyone to cook for me or accommodate for me - (sure you can all empathise)! |
