silva Semolina/cream of wheat/farian is common for sweets in Indian recipes. I had a hare Krishna cookbook that had many.
I always check the iron added, many are as high as 50% fyi

We call it Cream of Wheat or Malt o Meal in the US and eat it for breakfast. Wouldn't take it for dessert anywhere, but I do like it. Recently tried a pumpkin and maple syrup version around the holidays. I think raspberry or blackberry preserves sound nice on it I'll have to try it.

Spudulika I really like semolina in the evening. It's a very old fashioned nursery pudding, a bit like a fine sweet porridge.

Semolina is course-ground wheat (a bit like ground polenta), you cook it with milk and sugar in a saucepan - any plant milk will do - and flavour it with ground nutmeg.



Like rice pudding, it's also nice topped with some jam.

Purp I did it. I went chocolate chip cookie chocolate layer cake, with a chocolate chip cookie cake (I hope this makes sense) as the center layer.

Best thing for a dessert
We're having company for dinner tomorrow, and I asked what I could bring for dessert. I'm torn between cookie dough truffles and Triple Chocolate Fat Pants cake. Which one should I do??
