meg moo sometimes cheese just makes stuff taste better because it's fat and salt. Try seasoning your food more with salt and pepper, and adding more oils to things to improve the flavor and mouth-feel. Do you ever try nutritional yeast? I like using it as a cheesy topping on popcorn, broccoli, pasta, etc.

xPigeon Swarmx I don't have much advice for you right now. I was just thinking, one easy cheesy thing I like is nutritional yeast mixed up with ground flax seeds, cashew or almond milk, salt, pepper and garlic. Let it sit for a little bit so the flax can thicken it up. I put this on cheeseless pizza or just on toast. It sounds weird, but it's good. It makes for good Mac and cheese, too.

Trnsitioning to veganism

So I've been vegetarian my entire life even though the rest of my family is not. I really want to become completly vegan but I'm not really sure where to start. I obviously don't need help with the meat part,however I really like cheese and other dairy products and I definetly don't want to live off of daiya cheese. I just need to get a good plan to start off with all of the right nutrients,especially because my family is not happy with it unless i can supply hard, steady facts. I hope that somebody can help who has gone through a similar situation or something. Thanks. Ps: im 14, so i dont know if you have any good tips that would help kids because right now i mostly eat bannanas and grilled cheese sandwiches.
