l: sandwich on two pc ww bread - one with spicy hummus and one with garlic hummus- and alfalfa sprouts and cucumber in the middle , with steamed broccoli on the side (made this for my omni mom too- she loved it!)
d: nothing yet - not hungry.

Bfast: A mushroom and tomato panini from my school's cafe.
Lunch: 2 sweet potato rolls from my local Chinese restaurant.
Dinner: I'm feeling some rice and beans. Maybe something with mushrooms, because I've been eating them like crazy lately.
Snacks: I ate a small bag of pretzels with humus during class.

I had a black bean burger. Kail? Cail? Kale? The leafy thing, humus a brownie, icecream and cereal. Man I needa step up my diet. Also some omega three pills. Cause I got down to zero and had a mental breakdown. Omega 3s making up 30% of your brain or something

I woke up a couple times in the middle of the night puking my guts out :( I had forgotten to take my morning meds the day before and got a bad migraine. So I couldn't handle much.
When I could finally eat some stuff, I had a bagel with grape jam and iced tea. For a snack I had a gluten, egg, and dairy free double chocolate chip cookie. :) Felt bad after that one but kept it down. For dinner I had some udon noodle soup with tofu and herbs!

It was Easter and of course my omni family was binging on milk chocolate (my fav before veganism) and carrot cake. So I scrounged around and found some junk to nibble on.
Breakfast: Almond milk with cocau powder, slice of cinnamon raisin bagel with peanut butter spread
Snack: 100 cal bag of chips ahoy crisps
Lunch: salted potato crisps
Snack: some sour patch kids from my Easter basket :)
Dinner: Vietnamese noodles in vegetable broth

Dinner ~ I have some frozens from whole foods samosa, naan bread and some Indian vegetables korma and basmati rice .... I also bought some chai tea from trader Joes

|violettequeen||For breakfast I had 1/2 a mashed avocado on a slice of whole wheat toast & some green tea. Lunch was brown rice with beans and a green smoothie(banana, soy milk, & some spinach.) For dinner I made a butternut squash & chickpea salad with tahini dressing. It was so good! Then I had some steamed broccoli on the side..|

Breakfast: I didn't really have much but I was starving so I just started grabbing at things. So I had about half a banana (ate around the brown spot and then accidentally dropped the rest of it in the trash when I took the peel off )-:) and I'd say around 6 raspberries. Also we were low on food and I was getting ready to go to the grocery, haha.
Lunch: We were gonna eat out and have pad thai, but didn't have time )-: Luckily I bought the stuff to make my own. ^^ But for lunch when I got home I had an Annie Chun's garlic scallion noodle bowl.
Dinner: Will edit when I've had it. :b Edit- I heated up a frozen vegetable lasagna. I also had a bit of mango later on.

Breakfast was Kashi protein cereal with almond milk and an apple. Lunch was a salad with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, crispy chow mein noodles and sesame dressing. For dinner I had Gardein crispy tenders with my favorite thai sauce <3(: Aaaand, for a snack, i had some cashews and steamed veggies. So delish.

Breakfast- Two potato cakes with baked beans and a little bit of cheezly
Lunch- I made some guacomole and had it on a wholemeal sandwich with spinach. Polished the rest off with some crisps!
Snack- Orange juice and some of the tastiest vegan chocolate I have ever eaten.
Dinner- Not eaten yet, but gonna have a load of roast veggies and some tofu in tomato sauce. Then maybe a couple of kiwis.

|junhong||For breakfast I had waffles, strawberries, and milk. I would usually drink almond milk but we're out and I can't drink anything but milk with something sweet like waffles! And for lunch I had pasta w/ corn, carrots, and broccoli, a clementine, about a handful of walnuts (I didn't count I just ate them straight out of the bag haha), and some apple juice. Don't know what I'm having for dinner yet.|
