I can't say if you're getting proper nutrients or not as I have no idea what foods you eat, however if you're eating a varied diet of grains, vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds, you should be. You mentioned you're a vegetarian, so I guess you still eat dairy and eggs, therefore there shouldn't be a reason for you to have that hard of a time getting proper nutrition.
