Hello all!


I have been vegetarian for 12 years now. I am interested in eating more vegan foods. Last night I made a vegan (and gluten free) Shepherd's Pie. It turned out perfectly and you would not even know that there was no dairy in it. I would give you the recipe, but I do not really follow recipes and I don't measure with measuring spoons/cups. I use recipes to get ideas, except when it comes to baking, because the measurements must be more accurate for baking. 


I joined Veggie Boards to hopefully meet more vegetarians/vegans in the Toronto area. I don't know that people actually meet friends on here who live close to them though. However, I should find some interesting things on here.
