Hi my name is Ted Brown. I just started the vegetarian lifestyle about 4 months ago. I initially noticed some weight loss but now I seem to have plateaued.
For breakfast, I make a veggie/fruit smoothie i.e. carrots, banana, grapefruit and broccoli. I also make a veggie omelet with eggs, potatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers and onions.
Is there anything in these ingredients I should decrease or eliminate?
