girlsailors | I love the Follow Your Heart brand cheeses. There's a restaurant around here that uses it for their pizza, and my non-vegan friends swear it tastes better than regular pizza. |

saxyphonist | Teese is decent. The mozzarella worked pretty well on a pizza for me. I think that as long as you're just using it for texture and you've got other stuff for flavor it should work fine. I've never tried Follow Your Heart, so I can't compare the two. |

SomebodyElse | I like Follow Your Heart cheddar for tacos. The Whole Foods near me don't sell Daiya, but a local Italian place uses it on their pizzas, and I found it to be rather too strong in taste, not at all like mozzarella, with a weird creamy texture. I was kinda disappointed, but don't let that stop you trying it. Everyone's palates are different. |

FitChick99 | I think some Whole Foods have it, so you may be in luck. I rarely go there, so I wouldn't know if mine does or not. |

I like Follow Your Heart's cheeses. I swear they taste like dairy cheese when melting, although I know others disagree. The melting point is 425* F, so sometimes a broiler works best. Many people here like Daiya, but I have never tried it. |
