You can add it to things like kidney bean or butter bean spreads/hummous (for flavour). Also add to veggie/legume soups, or cottage pie filling for extra flavour again. Miso Gravy? There's a recipe in HIAV I think, will have a look for it if you wanted to try it. I think some people also use bit dissolved in hot water as a drink. |

Sesame seed paste. Kind of like peanut butter -- but made from sesame seeds. |

You can make some yummy Parmesan type sprinkles for pasta with it! I *believe* it's 1/2 cup toasted nuts of choice, 2 tsp miso, 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, and salt to taste. I'd have to double check that to be sure if it's something you're interested in. It's really yummy with almonds or pine nuts, if you're feeling rich ![]() Also, sauce with 2 tbsp each of olive oil, miso, lemon juice or rice wine vinegar, tahini, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, a couple cloves of pressed garlic, heated and thinned with water until desired consistency is reached, then toss with pasta. It's super salty in a really yummy way. It's also good with rice and stir fry. |

Jodykins | I bought a package of miso soy bean paste to make miso soup. I was just wondering what else I could make with it. I doubt I'll use it all if its only for miso soup. Help! |
