Tofu-N-Sprouts A little bit of dulse or nori flakes give that "faux tuna" a REALLY nice, light "ocean" taste, totally adding to the fake tuna-like-ness.

It is so, so good. I took it to work and all of my omni friends bug me all the time to bring some more in. They loved it. We even debated dubbing it "funa" or "muna" and my Greek friends said not to call it "muna" (you will have to look up why - lol). I think it tastes a lot like egg salad, but some call it mock tuna. I guess it depends on what you put in it. It's delish on crackers, toast or just with a salad.

jeneticallymodified the mayo might go weird. you could always try it- if it goes weird, maybe put it in the blender?

EmandM I made the fake tuna from the recipe section (it is sooooo good) but I made too much. Can I freeze it? Has anyone done this and if so, how did it taste once it was thawed? (The ingredients are chick peas, vegannaise, onions, relish, nutritional yeast and onions).
