| Veggily | Welcome to Veggieboards! There are lots of nut-free recipes here to check out. I have a book that's helpful in cooking for allergic people, but can't remember the name of it offhand. (Aren't I helpful?) |

Hi Just joined today. I have been back to being veggie for a week now after a 6 year lapse (15 years before that). Interesting challenge that I did not have before - both my sons are nut allergic so I cannot use those as part of my diet which I have to admit was a key part before so back to using my imagination...which i am enjoying - none of the rest of the family are veggie - but are not averse to non meat meals. Looking forward to being part of the community
