Waikikamukau Mustard BBQ tofu is really good! I don't have a recipe... Lemme see if I can find one...

Yay, I found one.

I know you wanted a recipe yesterday, so that's probably too late

Perhaps you can try it another time!

Cherry--Bomb I mixed 1 Tbsp corn starch with 1 Tbsp water and then added a bunch of soy sauce and poured it ontop of sauteed veggies and tofu...YUMMOOOOOO.

The cornstarch really thickens up the soy sauce and gives it a really nice consistency.

Mmmm..I want some now, lol.

froggythefrog Marinate in soy sauce before frying. I know that's not a spice, but it makes for awesome tofu.

Tofu-N-Sprouts Earth Balance and Red Hot Sauce. Sorta a "Buffalo Tofu" kind of thing. Yum.

LucidAnne sometimes a splash of tamari and some garlic and onion powders do it for me. then i sprinkle in nutritional yeast at the end.

or you could just do a bunch of italien spices-oregano, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.

vegesol or spike seasoning is easy too.

m.t.ness If quick is what you're after, Taste of Thai brand makes a delicious Red Curry sauce - the kind that comes in a packet. You can marinade and cook your tofu in this, easy and delish with a little bit of cocnut milk, some basil leaves and a squirt of lime. Even my run-of-the-mill grocery store has it, so it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Beachbnny So... what do you want to do with it? Just sauted tofu? How about a lemon pepper deal, or BBQ sauce, or a peanut sauce that has less garlic? Or maybe just fry the little bugger and dip it or put it in whatever you want.

I'm not helpful but you said "quick" so I tried

ripvanfish I'm craving the texture of sauteed tofu, but I don't know how to season it. I made a peanut sauce, but... eh, I didn't really like it. (The recipe called for waaay too much garlic, even when I used half what it called for.)

So, just spices! What do you suggest?
