Fritemare Oddly, since I added more raw food back into my diet, it's been an easy period this month. I didn't get the usual cramping and bloating. I also noticed my period only lasted three days rather than the five it has been lasting for on these new BC pills. I can't say it totally had to do with the raw food, could just be my body getting used to the BC.

Try exercising or yoga like other people have suggested.

Ooh that is interesting on all counts! I've been trying to persuade myself to try out my yoga dvd, I think this is the final push to do it

SugarBlue27 Thats weird...because I always think coffee makes me feel better too! But I've heard it should do the opposite...and I'm always worried about drinking too much of it...eh.

How much do you drink a day? Just curious...hehe

Mrrple I drink A LOT of coffee but I really doubt it will help you. I actually think it makes it worse for most people.

Besides, coffee's bad for you (in the amounts I drink it anyway...)

I know I don't offer any help but I like being the first poster for some reason..
