Oddly, since I added more raw food back into my diet, it's been an easy period this month. I didn't get the usual cramping and bloating. I also noticed my period only lasted three days rather than the five it has been lasting for on these new BC pills. I can't say it totally had to do with the raw food, could just be my body getting used to the BC. Try exercising or yoga like other people have suggested. |

Yoga! a lot of poses help with digestive symptoms, low pack pain, cramps, and bad moods (down dog is believed to counter act mental illness!). http://www.abc-of-yoga.com/yoga-and-...ea-and-pms.asp but really any exercise will help so much, sometimes it is the last thing we feel like doing but u will feel better after a swim, jog or walk... |

Thats weird...because I always think coffee makes me feel better too! But I've heard it should do the opposite...and I'm always worried about drinking too much of it...eh. How much do you drink a day? Just curious...hehe |

I drink A LOT of coffee but I really doubt it will help you. I actually think it makes it worse for most people. Besides, coffee's bad for you (in the amounts I drink it anyway...) I know I don't offer any help but I like being the first poster for some reason.. |
