A very enlightening class. We ate everything we made, by the time lunch time came around I was stuffed. Next time I will eat smaller portions of everything. |

Hi All, From browsing around here I get the idea that Alissa Cohen is well known to the raw food community. For those that don't know, here is her raw food program that sparked my interest. http://www.alissacohen.com/rawfoodprograms.html That is too far to travel for me, but I noticed that she gives out certificates for her students to pass on the knowledge. I am wondering if anyone here has been to Alissa's class or her student's class and what you thought of it. I like to go because I want to learn more about incorporating raw food into my diet.
