In answer to your question - try going to www.fitday.com and putting in your menu and seeing the total calories. Then add up the calories of all the raw items and divide that by the total calories and you should get a percentage of how much of your menu is raw. I'm not math expert, but that's the way I've been doing it and it seems to work. ![]() Hope that helps! Tam |

I haven't had good luck sprouting legumes - I stick to alfalfa, mustard, broccoli, buckwheat, etc. |

froggythefrog | Legumes usually are not suitable for eating raw, with the exception of peas. Some beans, such as red kidney beans, are actually toxic when raw. However, if you sprout them, they're safe to eat raw. |

The beans are cooked before they're pressed to make soymilk. The soymilk might also be kept hot when combined with the coagulant (either a calcium or magnesium salt). For example: http://www.cs.cmu.edu/~hansen/recip/tofu.html |

Things are your list that are not raw: Tofu, yogurt, sprouted grain bread, all of dinner Dried fruit most definitely can be raw. It depends on what temperature it was dehydrated at. |
