I haven't had it yet but I brought some "Simply Asia" spicy kung pao bowl to work today. Mmmmm.. I found out last night that the super wal-mart carries "simply asia" and "thai kitchen" stuff. I love them because they are tasty and they say "vegan" under the ingredients if they are vegan so I don't have to read all of the ingredients. |

A palak dal made with red lentils instead of channa dal. Oh and red lentil balls and a red lentil loaf. (Made all three at same time.) Oh... and snuck some gluten-free decadent vegan brownie. Made that last night. Hmmm, boy I love it when the side crisp up a bit but the rest is perfectly gooey-moist. ![]() Topped it off with a chai tea topped with off with some homemade rice milk. |

nookle | A samosa is an Indian thing... potatoes, and sometimes peas and carrots with a bunch of tasty spices in a dough pocket, fried up golden. Indian Potato Pastry, I guess. Very, very good. |

mm i just made an amazing meal. get some brown rice cookin (takes like 50 minutes) 30 minutes after you started cookin the rice : Fry up some tofu, sliced in small cubes in vegetable oil. add green pepper, onion, fresh garlic. after about 10 - 15 minutes, add pasta sauce, continue to fry with pasta sauce for a minute or 2... add the rice to the stir-fry, and add more and more pasta sauce. Salt, pepper, and more garlic. AMAZING |

I'm wishing I had more right now! We have some Atheros in the fridge at home but it's just not the same. I need to quit being lazy and learn to make my own. All I've had today so far is coffee, water & gum. I'm assuming gum doesn't count so I should probably not post here til after lunch. ![]() |
