Annabellrose A book called "Skinny B*tch" is what made me a vegan in the first place. It's not only about nutrition but kind of a motivational book for those that want to live a healthy lifestyle as well.

Your best bet is going to amazon.com and searching "nutrition" in the books section...that's how I found this book and a few others =)

Kyo "Becoming Vegan" and "Becoming Vegetarian" are both good books. You wouldn't know it from the titles but both are mainly about nutrition and are written by nutritionists.

tiggybrown Food for Life by Neal Barnard, I am reading that now. Also MAd Cowboy is good. I love books I always have new ones coming my way. And of course Food Revolution and Diet for A New America by JOhn RObbins. Diet for a New America really moved me, it changed the way I eat forever.

Paulie Pillows Not necessarily veg*n books, but just nutrition in general. Know of any good ones? First on my list is The China Study.
