I wouldn't. Clay is drying. that's for oily/congested skin, not dry/blotchy. I would recommend Udo's Oil for oral use, plus a good moisturizer from a company that avoids common irritants. Aubrey Organics does a lovely Rosa Mosqueta one for dry skin with irritation. Weleda's Almond line is also great. Wash your face with a natural cream cleanser too, not soap. |

MZCsmpsns | You could be over washing. Maybe for your face try washing w/a cleanser at night, and in the mornings just splash your face w/warm water, then cool water, and use a moisturizer as much as you need to, and for your body maybe take cooler showers and use body wash every other day and just rinse it really well the others. Or just try different kinds of cleansers/body washes/moisturizers/lotions. If it's super bad and nothing seems to help it i'd go to a dermatologist. |

I agree with LadyFaile. If your oil/fats don't include enough omega-3 (n-3)fatty acids, it might be a reason for your skin problem and you would go better with Udo's oil, which is designed for optimum ration of n-3 to n-6 fatty acids. If you're drained of n-3 flaxseed oil would also be a good option.![]() |

drinking enough water? have your thyroid tested lately? change soap or shower gel recently? make sure you rinse really well in the shower and use a light moisturizer while still damp, drink lots of water. if it's still bothering you talk to your doctor, do a blood test for thyroid function and whatever else he/she thinks they should check for. if you think it's oil related go pick up a bottle of Udo's oil. the guy at the supplement store near me swears by it. i tried it and didn't like the taste straight from the bottle but you can mix it with food as long as you don't add it during cooking or to really hot food. apparantly it's good on salad they also have chocolate bars now that are so good. they're called Baja bars and are in the fridge section in health food/supplement stores. the dark chocolate and dark orange chocolate are vegan, i think the others have dairy. really very good though, i'm considering buying a case ![]() |
