Well, I realized I was in "quick reply", and I figured out that I have to go advanced to get the smilies displayed. But there are still no other features available.

When I decided to post a comment in the photo album, I discovered that the smilie codes I typed in didn't display as smilies (just as the codes), and there are no other features that are available on VB, and when I clicked on "preview post" I got a message telling me I didn't have permission to view the page. And yes, of course I'm logged in. Is it just me or are other people having problems?
