I buy Westbrae organic miso as a paste in a plastic tub (like a margerine tub or a yogurt container) at Wild Oats Market, in the refrigerated section. They also have powdered forms of miso, but I am told these are not as good as the paste. |

Mrs. Greens is a local chain, so she probably won't know about it if she isn't in the Westchester/CT area. Though they do sell Miso! You can get it at most health food stores or asian markets. You can also get instant miso soup packets where you just add water. Sometimes they have bits of seaweed and tofu in it too. |
