WonderRandy | I buy Miso Master organic miso. it's MUCH better quality than the others I've found. We have a large Asian population, and it's readily available here. |

I buy Westbrae organic miso as a paste in a plastic tub (like a margerine tub or a yogurt container) at Wild Oats Market, in the refrigerated section. They also have powdered forms of miso, but I am told these are not as good as the paste. |
