e108 | yes it is. I can buy some ready made food now, and there are some restaurants to go to. In the 70's there was nothing, and everyone thought I would starve to death. |

Poppy | Hi! Check out the thread on "Who's the oldest member on VB?" - you'll find there are quite a lot of us oldies here! |

Thalia | Hello and welcome! Is it a lot easier for you to be a vegetarian now than in the 70's? |

e108 | I found it hard to believe too. Some people have no idea what it means to be a vegetarian. |

Welcome to VB! ![]() Oh, and I saw your post in the other thread. Let me get this straight - you've been a vegetarian since 1970 and your sister put meatballs in the spaghetti that she knew you were going to eat? ![]() |

e108 | hi, Im new to message boards (I hope this works like I think it will) but I've been a vegetarian since 1970. That makes me a bit older then most , from what I've been reading. I've been married to a vegetarian for 26 years and we raised 2 vegerarian children , girl age 24 and a boy age 15. I really love my garden, veggies and flowers. |
