This recipe is suitable for a: vegetarian/vegan diet.

Ingredients:

-----------------------------------------------------

Ezekiel Bread

Vegenaise

Tony Chachere's

Avocado

Tomato

Sliced Pickles

Green Leaf Lettuce

Dijon Mustard

Instructions:

-----------------------------------------------------

While the bread is toasting slice the tomato and avocado.

Spread Dijon mustard on one piece of toast and vegenaise on the other. Sprinkle Tony Chachere's (or other cajun spice or simply salt and pepper) on either slice.

Layer the sandwich with the avocado, tomato, and sliced pickles. Put the lettuce on top, and add the top slice of toast!

Additional comments:

-----------------------------------------------------

I don't normally do plugs for brandnames, however Ezekiel bread is the best bread I've had, vegenaise is delicious, and Tony Chachere's is really good!

If you can get your hands on all three you'll simply have the most delicious sandwich that you've ever had. Hands down. No jokes.
