Interesting though to see how efficiently my body runs on (primarily) raw foods (in regards to energy levels and overall feeling healthy) and how cooked (admittedly kind of junky) foods have such a rapid effect on how I feel. I'm going to be living on juices and smoothies for a while now!!!
I just had cooked food for the first time in a LONGGGG time. It happened to be Vegan veggie Pizza from Fresh Brothers this past Wednesday, day b4 Tofurky Day and I felt sick for days. The Daiya cheese didn't agree with me one bit, lesson learned!!!
