Werewolf Girl posted about a Vegetarian Butcher Shop Chain in the Netherlands a while back and now I saw an article about Monk’s Meats, a vegetarian butcher in Brooklyn.

Well, it's not so much an article as it is a video - still it's cool. It would be nice if more popped up so that meat eaters were more encouraged to shop there vs a real butcher shop.
