Kill Uncle I dont know if you found any by now,but if you have a car,I know a 3 places in the west island that have it.

Actually,if you could find a Loblaws, they sometimes have it for sale.

Spectrum vegan mayo can be found at Metro stores - just make sure you check the label carefully since Spectrum also makes non-vegan spreads.

Thanks! I actually ended up there this afternoon. ^_^

I use this recipe-

- 1/2 cup plain soy milk
- 1 1/4 cup safflower oil (any light tasting oil)
- 2 tsp white wine (or any vinegar, or lemon juice)
- pinch of paprika
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1 1/2 tsp salt (I leave that out)

This lasts at least two weeks in fridge. I add whatever seasonings as I use it.

Thank you! I'll give it a whirl next time.

reneeannem Yo dudes, this part of the forum is totally dead, but I just moved to Montreal and I don't know where all the vegan goodies are! I'm sure I'll come across things as I go along, but I need to make mock tuna. Where can I find veganaise? I live in Verdun, but I will travel for it.

Ta!
