ocrob37 Thanks for the info. So, if a recipe just says add 1/3 cup of Nutritional Yeast with out specifying It is a guessing game.

Mojo 1 cup of flakes = 2/3 cup powder

Identity_thief Flakes might be a little less, but as they're quite small flakes I imagine there isn't much in it. Maybe just have a slightly heaped spoon.

ocrob37 If a recipe calls for a certain amount, are flakes the same as powder in terms of equal measurements? in other words, is one tablespoon of flakes equal to a tablespoon of powder?
