Tofu-N-Sprouts My Dad's gonna be in Providence Hospital n Portland, over Thanksgiving (yeah, sucks) for Bone Marrow stuff, cancer treatment, whatever...



My family and I would like a Veg*n -friendly place (nearly ALL of them are vegetarian, two of us are vegan) not far from the Hospital (My Mom won't leave the immediate area) that would be open on Thanksgiving day.



Several Family members aren't crazy about spicy food either, to make matters more complicated.



Ideas anyone?
