A book called "Skinny B*tch" is what made me a vegan in the first place. It's not only about nutrition but kind of a motivational book for those that want to live a healthy lifestyle as well. Your best bet is going to amazon.com and searching "nutrition" in the books section...that's how I found this book and a few others =) |

Kyo | "Becoming Vegan" and "Becoming Vegetarian" are both good books. You wouldn't know it from the titles but both are mainly about nutrition and are written by nutritionists. |

tiggybrown | Food for Life by Neal Barnard, I am reading that now. Also MAd Cowboy is good. I love books I always have new ones coming my way. And of course Food Revolution and Diet for A New America by JOhn RObbins. Diet for a New America really moved me, it changed the way I eat forever. |

Paulie Pillows | Not necessarily veg*n books, but just nutrition in general. Know of any good ones? First on my list is The China Study. |
