    - Morally, if I could help it, I no longer wanted to be responsible for the deaths of innocent creatures. I also wanted to improve my health and the research I did said the fastest way was to eliminate animals and their bodily fluids from my diet. Also, I wanted to help improve the environment and my research on that said the best way was to stop being a consumer of animal agriculture, which takes a brutal toll on the land, air and water sources.

    - I wish animals were not killed at all. There is no kind way to kill. It is a violent act.

    - I don't plan on ever eating animals again. I've learned to become a very good cook and can prepare all sorts and tasty and nutritious meals and desserts using plants. But people change, and there may be a day when my values change and I start eating animals again. I don't think it will happen, but I also don't know the future.
