Happened to be on the west side Saturday and had seen this restaurant online and decided to give it a try. It was good for a little walk in place (it's actually a chain), I had the family bean curd and hubby (who is omni) had the bbq vermicelli and could not believe it was vegan; the "meat" was very close to the real thing. Everyone was polite and helpful as the dishes do not have an ingredient description on the menu but they were very patient with all my questions... They have been open about 4 months.

Wish it was closer to us (60 mile drive one way) because I would be there at least once a week...

I know this thread is nearly 2 years old, but I recently went to Loving Hut and wanted to say how great the food was. I ate the sweet and sour "chicken." It was sooo good. I believe all of their food is vegan also. Everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful. They have their own TV channel as well, which talked about animal rights issues.

They've opened a second Loving Hut somewhere in Phoenix but I can't remember where. I live in Surprise so the Glendale one is closest to me anyway. It's nice to have something like that relatively close to me, because most of my favorite veg*n restaurants are in Tempe

I just ate at the Loving Hut and Green. I think Loving Hut is amazing! My omni friend loved it too.

~Ok, she's deranged. But so, so playful.~
