I am currently at a job I despise...I get up every morning and force myself to go, but sometimes I literally have a good cry before I walk in the door. I work in a call center at a company that rips people off and it is literally causing me to go insane.

I am actively looking for a better opportunity and I was wondering if anyone on this board has had any luck landing a job that co-incides with their interests/ethics in either animal care, healthy/natural/organic foods, wildlife conservation, environment, or nutrition etc.

I am thinking about maybe taking some night classes in one of the above fields, however with all of these bills I have, I will need a secure position in order to do that and right now my job is not very secure because 1) since I despise it, I do not perform at my best, which is quite unlike me because at every one of my previous jobs I excelled even at the internship where I was not getting paid and, 2) I am on the verge of losing it and quitting.

A little about me:

-Unfortunately, in order to afford my bills, I need a gross pay of 400 dollars weekly. I am not a spend-freak and would be satisfied with much less, but I can't do that at the moment because of loan bills.

-I have 2 degrees in English and Anthropology, but no other training aside doing an editorial internship, working in various bakeries/food service jobs, and doing office work/customer service.

-I do not have any training in animal care or conservation of any kind, however I do have enough knowledge of the health food industry that I could nail an interview for a food company.

I am one depressed vegan.
