I've been vegan for about 7 months and now I have a problem of always feeling tired. I also have a problem of getting cold quickly too.
I'm pretty sure It's the lack of vitamins. I took a test for anemia a few months ago and I was normal. I was wondering if there's any daily supplements that you guys recommend me taking. I'm not depressed. I don't think I have a thyroid problem either. If you guys recommend me to see a doctor to get some work done. What should I tell him to test me on? But, I would like to try some supplements out and see how I feel. How long would it take me to feel better after starting on supplements?

Well, I went to my local supplement store and was helped out by a vegan that works there. So, I was able to get some vegan friendly daily supplements. It's kinda expensive though.
